Terms and Conditions

K LGC Exclusive Med Spa

Clients must schedule appointments in advance for all services offered at our med spa. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability. Our medical spa provides a range of services, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, injectables, body contouring, and massage therapy. All services are subject to individual client suitability and may require consultation before treatment.

Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. We understand that life events can impact scheduled appointments. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.


Refund Policy:

No refund for procedure services also rendered may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of management. Product sales are final and not eligible for refund unless the item is deemed faulty.


Liability:

While every effort is made to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our services, clients acknowledge that individual results may vary. Our medical spa and its staff are not liable for any unforeseen outcomes resulting from services provided unless the occurrence can be directly attributed to negligence.


Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information, allergies, and pre-existing conditions that may impact their eligibility for certain treatments. Full disclosure is necessary to ensure the client's well-being and the treatment's success.


Privacy and Confidentiality:

At our med spa, client privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance. All personal and medical information shared with us is treated with the strictest confidence in accordance with privacy laws and regulations.


Changes to Terms and Conditions:

It is recommended that clients review our terms and conditions periodically, as they are subject to change. Any updates to our policies will be communicated to clients promptly.

Clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the above terms and conditions by engaging in services at our med spa.
